1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering your institution on the Dtechzm School Management System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
Dtechzm provides a cloud-based management platform including student records, grade processing, and Communication System. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or telecommunication failures in Zambia.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Billing: We offer Termly and Annual billing cycles.
- Manual Verification: Since we use manual payment methods (Mobile Money/Spenn), accounts are activated only after our team verifies the proof of payment sent via WhatsApp.
- SMS Credits: SMS bundles are subject to the fair usage policies of Zambian network providers (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel).
- Refunds: No refunds are issued once a termly or annual subscription has been activated.
4. User Responsibilities
The school is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system. You agree not to use the SMS service to send spam, defamatory content, or messages that violate the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of Zambia**. Any legal action concerning these terms shall be brought in the courts located in Zambia.
